How the Baroness Thatcher's Death Caurses Anarchy In The streets Of UK



Hundreds took to the streets across the country as macabre 'Thatcher death parties' were held late into the night, organised by critics of the Iron Lady.

In Brixton, south London, left, riot police were deployed as the crowds, some of whom had been drinking since 5pm, started to become more aggressive, smashing shop fronts and throwing paint bombs.

In Liverpool, far right, flares and fireworks were set off outside Lime Street Station Station. In Bristol, centre, seven police officers were injured - one seriously - as violence erupted at a so-called street party of 200 people.

Police were pelted with bottles, cans and rubbish.
