Nigeria’s former head of state, Maj-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari on Monday night in London, said the fight against corruption in Nigeria Is beyond the capacity of the present Goodluck Jonathan-led government because the scourge is deeply rooted in the nation.
“Until serious efforts are made to tackle corruption which is beyond the capacity of the government, economic growth and stability will continue to elude us.”Urging Nigerians to kick PDP government out in 2015, he quoted The Chairman of the ICPC, Ekpo Nta, in a recent interview as saying that "There is no political will to fight corruption in Nigeria".
